The Law Office of Matthew Kaply maintains personal information regarding our clients.  We do not disclose information about our clients to third parties except as required by law, specifically authorized by our clients, or required under the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct.  We will continue to treat any information about our clients in this manner throughout our representation of the client and after any such representation ends or becomes inactive.
